Jocelyn DeMaio works as Director of Collaboration at The Hartford Financial Group, leading collaboration and productivity services such as Teams, Skype, SharePoint, Email, Voice, and Conference Room technologies. Additionally, she leads end-to-end consulting, engineering and audio-visual event execution for town halls, employee resource group events, and other multi-channel meetings. Jocelyn is an engaged member of The Hartford’s Professional Women’s Network and served for three years on its leadership team. She also co-leads the Health & Wellness pillar of The Hartford’s Women in Technology resource group. She is a leadership member of United Way Women United and is a member of their Women’s Leadership Council. On top of it all, Jocelyn is a small business owner of a fitness studio, Empowered Indoor Cycling & Strength in Glastonbury, CT. She holds a Master of Science from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut.

He joined Smarsh in 2016 via the acquisition of MobileGuard. Blane has spent his career in financial services at the intersection of compliance and technology, working in progressive technical and management roles for CBIZ, ING, Pacific Life and others. Blane lives and works in the Research Triangle in North Carolina as well as serving as a Board Member for the Dennison Railroad Depot Museum.
