Senior women leaders are called on to be a "solution outlet" in many situations - taking care of all of those around them, but forgetting about themselves.

This September, Smarsh is kicking off a virtual women’s leadership network to connect women executives and encourage open discussion about what’s holding them back and lifting them up. In our inaugural session, we will discuss the importance of bringing your most authentic self to work, embracing all of who you are and all of who you are not, and balancing what is right for you vs everything else.

Our first keynote speaker is Sylvia High, a contributor on Oprah’s “The Life You Want” tour. Sylvia brings nearly 30 years of success as a renowned author, master coach, and training & development strategist.

Suzanne Siracuse, former CEO and Publisher of InvestmentNews and host of "The Big Reveal" Podcast will moderate our discussion.
