New and Easy Ways to Get the Most Out of the Smarsh Archiving Platform

Here at Smarsh, we have the benefit of many years in our business, serving a range of specialized markets. This wealth of industry knowledge and experience helps our customers get the most out of the Archiving Platform in their specific environment – with their content – and meet their unique business/user requirements.

In response to ever-increasing demand, we are introducing two new avenues for customers to take advantage of our deep knowledge and diverse experience:

We’ve introduced regularly scheduled, structured workshops that can be attended in-person or remotely via the web. The first of these all-day sessions, Effective Policy Management, is led by our supervision and compliance expert Ray McGrath. Participants learn about new Smarsh policy templates (featuring custom lexicons or keyword lists), and get hands-on experience using the Policy Engine. Participants also learn about optimization techniques and best practices that will enable their company to maximize resources, save time and zero in on real areas of risk.

We’re also debuting specially priced, packaged services offerings, including Custom Report Development and Messaging Infrastructure Assessment. These new offerings apply Smarsh expertise and assistance to specific areas of focus related to a customer’s deployment of the Smarsh Archiving Platform, with pre-defined goals and deliverables. Stay tuned as we roll these out over the next few months.
