Smarsh is proud to share its selection to Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 for 2019, a prestigious recognition that ranks the fastest growing public and private companies in North America across the technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, and energy tech industries.

This year, Smarsh is listed at No. 455 in the 2019 technology ranking, with a 193% growth rate from 2015 to 2018.

Key drivers of Smarsh growth include:

  • Native capture support for the industry’s widest breadth of electronic communications, including email, collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack, mobile/text messaging, social media and voice content. Smarsh preserves and presents the entire conversational context, enabling a more efficient and richer search and review experience.
  • Smarsh offers market-leading archiving platforms for all segments of the market. The cloud-native Enterprise Archive delivers cloud scale and multi-cloud deployability to multi-national enterprises. Professional Archive is built on nearly two decades of product expertise. It provides a user experience tailored for sophisticated supervision and e-discovery users in the SMB and mid-market.
  • Smarsh delivers specialized offerings for the financial services (banks, broker-dealers, investment advisors) and public sector (federal, state and local) verticals. The Connected Suite continues to gain adoption outside of these core verticals with its e-discovery capabilities.

In order to be eligible for Technology Fast 500 recognition, companies must own proprietary intellectual property or technology that is sold to customers in products that contribute to a majority of the company's operating revenues. Companies must also have current-year operating revenues of at least $5 million. Additionally, companies must be in business for a minimum of four years and be headquartered within North America.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500. Smarsh previously made the list consecutively from 2009 to 2014. This Deloitte honor adds to the list of Smarsh growth achievements this year, including being named to the Inc. 5000 List of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America for the 12th consecutive year, as well as the Portland Business Journal’s 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies for the tenth time in the last twelve years.
