Joe Torre

One of the Greatest Managers in Baseball History

With four World Series titles as the manager of the New York Yankees to his name, Joe Torre is widely regarded as one of the most successful baseball managers of all time. The Hall of Fame skipper also had a remarkable 18-season playing career, which included the 1971 NL MVP Award and nine All-Star Game appearances. From 2011-2020, Torre worked for Major League Baseball as Chief Baseball Officer, overseeing on-field operations, discipline and umpiring. He has co-authored three books: The Yankee Years, Chasing the Dream: My Lifelong Journey to the World Series, and Joe Torre’s Ground Rules for Winners: 12 Keys to Managing Team Players, Tough Bosses, Setbacks, and Success. Torre is the Chairman of the Joe Torre Safe At Home Foundation, which he and his wife, Ali, launched in 2002. The Joe Torre Safe At Home Foundation's mission is to develop educational programs that will end the cycle of domestic violence and save lives. Torre currently resides in the Greater New York City area.

At both companies, he drove the development of new solutions from inception and scaled them to successful business. Goutam holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology and a Masters in Computer Engineering from The University of Illinois at Chicago.

Prior to that, he held roles that included SVP and Head of Leonardo & Analytics, as well as COO of Analytics. Tom joined SAP following his previous success scaling similar B2B organizations to impressive compound annual growth rates of 40% and higher. He also served as Group Vice President at Oracle after it acquired BigMachines, where he was SVP for Worldwide Sales and Alliances. Anthony is a Director serving as Head of E-Communications Surveillance within Surveillance, Monitoring & Testing. He is an E-Communications Surveillance expert with over 20 years experience including voice and E-Communications at both Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank. In his previous role as the Americas Communications Surveillance Lead at Deutsche Bank, Anthony was responsible for management of the Americas region surveillance program, inclusive of strategic projects and initiatives related to the voice and e-communications surveillance program. Anthony led implementations across electronic and voice communications surveillance platforms using next generation technologies. Additionally, Anthony led training of first line and second line team members to improve investigation skills and their identification of red flags. Anthony launched an E-Surveillance program for coverage areas, inclusive of proactive email-based controls for higher risk teams to minimize on data leakage events and served as the Program Manager and Working Group Chair of the firm’s Regulatory Voice Recording Program.
